We recommend undertaking the exercise in some way, shape or form around 3-4 times per week. This may include 1 session in the studio on the equipment followed by 2 or 3 sessions at home. Your Q Pilates physiotherapist can prescribe you a home exercise program to undertake at home for the best benefits. We have available to purchase, therabands, exercise balls and other Pilates equipment if you require these things.
